1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Digimorph (“Agency”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Digimorph provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Web design & development
- Web application development
- Mobile app development
- Branding & logo design
- SEO & digital marketing
- AI automation & software solutions
Specific project details will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Payment Terms
- All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.
- Payment milestones will be defined in the project agreement.
- Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
- Late payments may result in delays and/or additional charges.
4. Automatic Payment Authorization
By purchasing our services, you authorize Digimorph to charge your provided payment method for:
- Remaining balances after milestone completion
- Approved additional services or revisions
- Late payment fees, if applicable
- Charges resulting from project delays due to client inactivity (7+ days)
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Submit required materials and content
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Approve work within reasonable timeframes
Delays may affect timelines and billing.
6. Revisions
- A limited number of revisions will be included as agreed
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Revisions must remain within the original project scope
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client
- Digimorph retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private during and after the project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
- The Client is responsible for payment of all completed work
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per the Refund Policy
10. Limitation of Liability
Digimorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Digimorph before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
We reserve the right to present evidence including agreements, communications, and delivered work to resolve disputes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial laws.
13. Changes to Terms
Digimorph may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
