Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Digimorph, we aim to provide high-quality services while ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for our clients.


2. 30-Day Refund Window

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.


3. Full Refunds

A full refund may be granted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
  • Work has not started or only minimal work has been completed

4. Partial Refunds

If work has already started, refunds are issued based on project progress:

  • Days 8–14: Up to 70% refund
  • Days 15–21: Up to 50% refund
  • Days 22–30: Up to 25% refund

Refund amounts are calculated based on:

  • Work completed
  • Time and resources used
  • Milestones achieved

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable:

  • After 30 days from purchase
  • Once final deliverables are completed
  • After approval of major milestones
  • For third-party costs (domains, hosting, tools, ads, etc.)
  • If delays are caused by client inactivity (7+ days)

6. Resolution First

Before issuing refunds, we will attempt to resolve concerns through revisions or adjustments.


7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel within the 30-day window.

Refunds will be calculated based on completed work and applicable deductions.


8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

9. Disputes

Clients agree to contact Digimorph before initiating a chargeback or dispute.


10. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated cancellations.
